How long have you been waiting for an appt to be set up?

my wc claim {oregon} and most of my coworkers, that i know of, were allowed to make our own appts, of course the employer wanted us to see the MCO dr first.
but after a time we could get our own drs involved.

I suppose each state is different as well as other countries.

But you shouldn't have to wait in pain for very long just to get an appt made...

If you haven't looked into your state or country's wc site yet , you should be sure to do that, to make sure you are utilizing as much info as you can find.

for example on Oregon's site you can look up settlements and claim results, judgments etc.
