Hang in there with the B12. I was lucky to have caught my deficiency on the early end, so I did notice improvements within the first three weeks. I've heard of others where it took much longer, like with rose, and it was a slow process. Be sure to get your rest and take the supportive supplements, etc. I had a hit by a truck fatigue that lasted a few months, and that didn't start until after I started taking B12. Your body has a lot of repairing to do. Think healing thoughts and pamper yourself whenever you can.

A good day should be celebrated, but except the slumps in between. Eventually there will be more and more good days. But, you know, there may be many things you are dealing with so while you are being patient with healing, also keep your ears open to anything else that might be helpful.

Actually, Thanksgiving is done pretty easily GF. Will you be doing the cooking or are you going somewhere? I wonder if we have started a Thanksgiving thread yet. If not...I will get one going.
