Camille, I see that you responded to an old post and didn't want your new post to get lost - I hope you don't mind me starting a new thread so that other members could welcome you, too!

I have been off and on predisone for the past year, mostly on. The dr's started weining me off over the last 2 months. Well to make a long story short, after 2 weeks off, I had to go back on it. Walking became so painful and the pain in my right arm almost brought me to tears. My question is, will the swelling always be there? As I said before it has been a year and my right side is still numb. (no improvement) as far a the numbness goes.
Thanks for your feedback.

Hi:
I am now being tested for TM and am having a hard time with this problem. No one can really tell you anything about it. I am suffereing with blurred vision and some pins and needles and tingling in my legs. My toes also hurt. Would love to know how you ar doing. Hope you still come on this site as I see you last wrote in 2007.
