I know... we just assume it's more of the same only different.



The first stone, age 17, I had the OMG!!! sharp pains like I had appendicitis. But not with the latter stone. That one is really big - it was the size of an almond last we x-rayed. It was the place where it formed - like in a corner, kind of stuck - was why it didn't just come out I guess. Which is how it got so big.


I had lithotrypsy 2x, broke it up, but it kept reforming. We gave up on it. As long as I'm not too infected it's no big deal. I had probs for a couple years, but if I drink enough water it tends to not bug me.

I still feel it roll around at times when I lay down, but it doesn't hurt.

Still, the sooner you know for sure, the sooner - hopefully - you'll feel better.
