Your new house looks adorable Jappy! I'm glad you're getting the railing on those stairs. Funny but that's the first thing that comes to mind for me. Picturing it with a coat of ice in the back of my mind I suppose.

Anyway, it looks very easy to maintain as well. And I like it that you got a ranch, and with a nice yard too.
