I'm not sure if folks are familiar with "So Good" yogurt (I'm not even sure if it's a Canadian product specifically). It's a 100% lactose free soy yogurt.
In comparison to standard yogurts, it's very pricey, but it's lactose free, hence my desire to buy and try.
I always check best before dates of products before buying. In this case, the best before date was "September 3, 2008". Rocking right? I bought it around August 20th, and I figured that it wouldn't last beyond September 3rd.
I'd put it in my fridge immediately, and I had only once taken it out to serve some. I put it back in with the lid firmly closed.
Today (August 26th) I wanted to have some more of it, so I took it from the fridge, opened it...
... and found mold growing on the inside of the container, on the side! EW. I'm less tolerant of mold than I am of lactose products!
So I threw out my pricey yogurt I had one serving of

I wrote the company a complaint already. Not 1 other thing in my fridge has become moldy, not even bread beyond expiry.
