So how are you treating the Meniere's? Are you seeing a neuro-otologist (inner-ear specialist) for it? If not, you should be... they are best equipped to deal with Meniere's. It's serious because of the hearing loss (not to mention the dizziness, which is crummy to say the least).

If you truly have Meniere's (and you will definitely need to confirm your GP's diagnosis with an inner-ear specialist), you WILL want to pay attention to it and study it, because it can leave you with progressive hearing loss. Not something you want. At a minimum, you should be on a low-salt diet and a diuretic. They should not tell you "you have Meniere's" and then leave you hanging--you need a treatment plan.
