jen, did they not offer to send you a free disc? do they have downloads for customer updates on their website?

i tried the sbc dsl. fried a new computer. they didn't disclose to me that there was/is an incompatabilty problems with some sony pc's. and they knew i had a brand new sony.

i'm on dial up too.
