A good friend always bought raw milk - she swore by its good qualities for the body. (unfortunately it's been many years since I have seen her)

When I was a small child, we lived on a farm and my mom milked the cows, churned (?) the butter, & canned the fruits and vegies. It makes me wonder what did she do to "process" the milk before we drank it?
