Hi Debbie, I'm Loretta and have had RSD 12 years- now full body. and also internally. I have burning and pain in vaginial area and itching on the outside. The over the counter vaginal cream calms it down. It is not all the time, occassionally only. maybe just during flare ups. I don't have the urinary tract problem. The cream totally stops the itching.
