Hi all and we need all your prayers. I live just a few miles north of New Orleans and mandantory evacuation has begun. Some poor people are still living in FEMA mobile homes since Katrina. Buses and train are already boarding people to get them to safety. Your right weegot...N.0. is around 10-15 feet below sea level. During Katrina, the Levee around the city broke and thats why so much flooding. I just pray that everyone will evacuate....some refuse to leave their homes.
