Can I get in on this? I would like to lose five pounds. Last week, even though I increased my exercise, I only lost .4 pounds. It is slow moving these days.
This is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
1 granola bar
Lunch:
Salad with grilled chicken and a small amount of low fat dressings
Dinner:
Small amount of steak, 1/2 baked potato w/ 1 teaspoon butter
Dessert:
3/4 cup cherries and ounce of chocolate
When I look back on it, I guess this was not bad, but I should not of had the chocolate. It really pays to write it down!!!!!
