I love the mini chopper too, kicker. Hate the huge, dangerous food prep machines! Also use it for ice (sno cones, drinks), herbs, ham salad.

Hope to put my Pampered Chef apple peeler/corer to use soon. I have an apple tree.

Also love my Sunbeam stand mixer. Even before I had problems with arm/hand strength, that was a life saver at the holidays. Now, I'd never make treats if not for that thing. I learned to make bread with it, and that makes a yummy pizza crust.

Oh, and a deep freezer. Stock up for when I just can't get out to shop.
