My Marbles is part Siamese
.
My other cat is a Maine Coon cat, and he meows just as much as Marbles does, but most of the time he is doing it to communicate to the other cats - he usually only meows to me when he wants food or when he wants to play "chase the laser pointer". The rest of the time, his meows are directed to the other cats or to things he sees outside when he sits in the window.
