I am crazy about vegetables.

Zucchini is easy to cut. I slice it about 1" thick rounds and put them in the Ziploc Zip 'n Steam bags. The outside of each bag tells how long to steam.

Takes no more than a minute. Zucchini comes out PERFECT.

We tried it with green beans with the same results.
