for a short low dose detox bup (subutex,suboxon) is OK. Long term, its worse than methadone. don't get caught up in the ******** the dea and drug companies are saying. they are making a killing. The drug has been around for over 30 years but they still have no generics.

You need to get a liver check while on bup, but not methadone except when you first start up. Bup is with out a dought the worst on your organs.
