i think it's prudent to check with your dr about adding any additional vitamins, minerals or supplements, especially any herbs. which i don't see that you have.

the reason is that sometimes OTC meds/supplements can counteract some meds we take. it's best to check with even the pharmacist about this.

and, i wouldn't suggest starting them all at once. if something doesn't agree with you, you won't know which med it is. start with once at a time. then add something else.

also, there are some juices that interfere or alter the effect of meds. like OJ, apple juice and grapefruit juice. i'd check that out IF you drink juice with your meds. best to take them with just water.
