Hi, thanks for all your responses!. Was feeling quite low yesterday and needed to put it out there to people who can 100% appreciate my situation!

Working in a school as a teaching assistant is literally the only job that i can do so im desperate to try and keep hold off it!. As long as i am careful with the way i sit etc then its usually mangeable.

I spoke to the deputy head (what u would call vice principal) who was very sympathetic and said that my health comes first and that she would speak to the head master asap to consider switching me to a calmer class.....fingers crossed!
