Hi, on ebay i have seen some of those 8-12 hour heat patches (the ones u can use on your back) - they also have some for your wrist/hand too.....im going to be ordering some as autumn is now approaching and i will have that icy feeling back for prob 95% of the time!

Those other suggestions look pretty good too - i use a small electric heating pad - i dont know what i would do it it broke!...the ones that wrap round the shoulder look fantatic. TOS is such an expensive pain in the butt!!
