Yes, but it took a very long time.
I didn't have a headache, although some do, but my shoulder and neck muscles became extremely tight before I realized I had a problem. And then, still before I became alarmed, I began developing impingements.
During my repairs, for a very long time, I had serious shoulder problems--even to the point of one becoming frozen. It took me well over two years to overcome the frozen shoulder, but contrary to what many physical therapists will say, one can still sometimes recover after such a long time.
Shoulder and neck muscles still a bit tight, but shoulders and neck are no longer enough of a problem to focus on.
