While my wc claim was denied and in appeal - my PT & MRI bills were placed on hold until the case was decided.

My atty sent a letter advising the billing parties of the claim status and that's how it came about.

So you might check into that option.
I think this only works if you declared it as a wc claim injury when you went for treatments vs if you used pvt med ins for treatment...
it's been a few years so not sure how it works now.

I hope you have a file organized for everything you have paid out so far, the hardest thing is keeping track of it all - {for me anyway}

I thought the atty was getting copies of all bills , i was sure he said something to that effect...
turned out they asked me to gather up all my bills for them, and I wasn't organized at all...

his office /staff was not very organized either and in the end I don't think he was the best choice, I should have looked at more options before signing with him.
