Green-bean casserole..mom's recipe
Green bean Casserole...
1 can (10 3/4 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup of milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 pkg (9 oz.each) frozen cut green beans thawed and drained
or 2 cans (14.5 oz. each)
1 can (2.8 oz. each) French's French Fried Onions.
In a 1 1/2 qt.casserole, mix soup,milk,and peper.Stir in beans and 1/2 can of French-Fried Onions.
Bake,uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through;Stir.Top with remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
Serves 6..
Oh,and for kicks,you can add a small can of mushrooms,and a small can of water chesnuts,while mixing casserole..(but,wait..that's CoolAngel's version..)
