hi jim

a great nutritious start to a day is a bowl of oatmeal with fresh or canned fruit. or add dried fruit. skip the milk or only add a tiny bit.

whole grain toast or a whole grain bagel.

so you like smoothie's? just add peeled or canned fruit to a blender with juice for more liquid. slowly add ice ice cubes until it thickens. it's cold and refreshing.

be careful adding too much fruit to your diet too fast. gas..bloating...spending more time in the bathroom, than watching the game...

do you like to snack during the game? ok..REALLY dumb question. LOL. what about popcorn? low fat microwave. when right out of the microwave, sprinkle with parmesean cheese and a dash of italian seasioning. or if you want sweet...cinnamon and sugar. a mixed teaspoon is enough for a whole bag. shake it up.
