LOL. what about popcorn? low fat microwave. when right out of the microwave, sprinkle with parmesean cheese and a dash of italian seasioning. or if you want sweet...cinnamon and sugar. a mixed teaspoon is enough for a whole bag. shake it up.
Yeah I have enough problem with the bloating, my cpap causes me to play more tunes than a brass band.
