Lightbulb I am not an expert on MS...

but from what I have read in studies the most commonly used
and referred to product is B12.

In fact in Japan they had studies treating MS with it, in very high doses.

If you check some of the MS websites there is usually some mention of B12 supplementation.

Also for spasticity, magnesium is very helpful. I have a magnesium thread on our Vitamin forum.

B12
B6
folate
