Lactose and avicil are good for most people I think, but I suppose people can be sensitive them too. They are two of the "fastest release" fillers that I am aware of, and this is an important aspect for LDN.

I've also heard some pharmacies using acidophilis, which seems like it might be another good option for some people.

I think it is Calcium Carbonate that is the BAD filler, cause it is too slow release.

Anyone ordering from Skip's can find out what he is using, and/or what the other options he might have.
