Hello Amber: Oh my goodness!! You have certainly had your share of problems. I cannot help you with your dizziness but I think (my brain is not too good at that lately) Allen had the same type of problem or maybe still does. If he doesn't see your message on the board here maybe you could PM him and ask what he does to help. I hope you soon find a solution to your latest problem. Being so sick in addition to being in pain is just awful.
