Hi Ladycc,
I'm glad to help! You are correct when you mentioned how stress and being tired can cause sz. These are the 2 main things that can trigger sz. for a person. Sometimes it can also happen when a low pressure is near and the weather gets bad and one other thing that can trigger sz. for some people is bright flashing lights like strobe lights or certain bright colors. When this happens to a person the person is known to be photosensitive. I found out that the colors flourscent green, amber, and bright white like the sun shining on the snow will trigger sz. for me.
