That explains why I've been feeling lightheaded since I started to take amitriptyline for insomnia. I think I'll take a long walk tonight instead of a pill to make myself sleepy. (I dont take a full dose of the amitrityline tho...I break the pill in half, and break the half in half so I only take 1/4 of an actual pill)
