My pdoc wasn't worried about my very bad thoughts. The session was wonderful. He said the reason I never felt I deserved to feel joy was because of the harshness of my parents.
He told me not to worry about money. I told him I might have to start seeing him once a month. He said I can't do that and that I shouldn't budget by cutting back that way.
