Baclofen helps. I am on 20 mg. TID with extra doses as needed. It holds the foot and leg cramps at bay. I also take tizanidine when I go to bed. I hate getting awakened by spasms. I need all the sleep I can get!
I have TWO of those hot wax baths. When I get the hand cramps, I soak them for hours in the hot wax. (Heating pads are hard to keep on hands!) My feet are too big for the wax vat (

) or I'd have them in one too! (I wish I had a body sized one sometimes...

)
Stretching helps! Do stretches before you get up, before you do any exercise, AND AFTER exercise to cool down! They really do help to cut the cramps off before they start.
