Woo Hoo ! Tell DD congrats from me . My son has started out at community college and will transfer after he gets his associate's degree. It's much cheaper, he can stay at home, and the classes are small. IMO it's a great way to start out. It eases them into college. Start looking for scholarships, there are sooo many out there.
