I started out taking one 10 mg as needed. When it got worse, I went to 10 mg. twice a day. It's gone up from there as the spasms worsened. I forget to take it a lot. Sometimes I don't have any problems. Other days the spazz comes back with a vengeance.

I hate taking meds too. A very smart doctor brought me around when she reminded me that meds are there to help you and there's no shame in needing a little help.

She used a slogan that I have lived by ever since: Better living through chemistry! ( TYVM MBSews! I MISS YOU!)
