I'm so sorry you had to deal with that, GG. I've had spasticity in my feet and legs before and it starts out feeling like a charlie horse but I know better.....I know what's coming! They do hurt like nothing else (I can only describe it as labor pains in my legs!!). I know of nothing else where the pain is so intense it makes you want to rip someone's head off! I have a prescription for Baclofen but haven't taken any in quite a while. I keep them on hand, though, just in case!

I hope you're feeling better today. And yes, the soreness is just a gentle reminder of what you experienced and what your leg muscles can do to you!!
