Truthfully, this invitation has come too late for me.......meaning I was having my own pp, but my pain level and mood improved yesterday.

Hang in there ! Everyone gets really down sometimes. Your therapist will be able to help you figure out whether it's situational depression due to a specific stressor/occurrence or if you need to make changes to your surroundings or add medication for a chemical imbalance.
