Guess I'm lucky - the weather hot, cold, or in between does not affect my PN! I have noticed in my old age (76) that the older I get the colder I get.
I find this to be true for me too. The weather is cooling here now and I am cold, my feet often times freezing. At work, working with 3 women with hot flashes, can be torture. I find myself, I guess the only thing to call it is clenching my shoulders, which in turn causes pain in them and my neck. I amnot looking forward to winter!

i havent read a book in almost 2 years now and i loved to read. I cant concentrate either.
I find this difficult too. I find myself reading the same thing over and over, my concentration is not there anymore. My neuro tells me this should clear up, now that I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and have a CPAP machine. I don't know if I will ever get used to it though. I do wake up now, without a headache, in an hour, it's back, maybe I'm gaining on it, we will see.

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!
