Hi I have used the exact cream your using & one that was more expensive with more meds in it. I liked the one you are using betterr & didnt really see any benefit to the other. I could use mine 4 times a day. You just have to rub it in until its gone so the med gets into you good. It helps but I admit I am bad about using it because it kind of smelled funny & was sticky. I am really suprised you can't use it more often. That just seems really strange to me. Hope it works for you.
