Sigh Erin, I don't know (re: sleeping pill and why they gave you this stuff). Maybe it's an 'off label' use?

I'd talk with your doctor about weaning off. I was only up to 20mg and having those side effects. I took 1 10mg dose the following night, then nothing. I haven't had withdrawal myself, but as I say, very low amount.
