Fall weather is here in the Pacific NW too, the last few days are a just a reminder of what is coming soon.....rain and drizzle.....it is the one season of the puget sound area that I could live without.

I had an interesting experience the other evening....within about 3-4 hour period I lost my balance and fell 3 times.....I finally decided to just sit in my recliner and not get up......losing my balance is not unusal but I seldom fall...I can usually catch myself before I fall....two of the falls were rather hard falls.
