I know it really sucks, just recently maybe a few months ago all of the sudden I can't tolerate palm oil anymore and it's mind blowing to me because I've never been allergic to it. Now I hear you can gain more food intolerances as time goes by and i'm not looking forward to anymore of them, I have way too many as it is. So far I can tolerate almonds but it's only a matter of time before I can't i'm sure. .
