I have, but my MS symptoms are 100% sensory/vision, and I find the acupuncture in my case does help a bit.

I experience burning pain in my head/face, and I have found that it's lessened, but I also take a small amount of Clonazepam which I find keeps the burning at bay.

I really think it's highly individualized, and that some will find benefit, and others will not. My chiro does mine, and he uses an Acutens unit (not needles) when working on my facial nerves.
