Last time, I heard before the news broke because a local breeder lost a bunch of puppies. They were under investigation, because it looked like they were doing something to harm the puppies if that many of them died that close together.
Turned out it was the Diamond dog food.

I've been feeding nothing but Kibbles and Bits since.
I was furious when I saw this again. We lost a Parson Russel mix to the tainted dog food. Now I have to worry about my cat. He will only eat dry kibble. No tuna, salmon, chicken, designer moist cat food...........just kibble. He was eating junk cat food when I got him and gradually got him switched over to the good stuff but the price you pay doesn't garuntee that the food hasn't been "fortified" with poisonous fillers.
If the people who are in charge of milk and formula production are not concerned about the well being of the Chinese children, we can't possibly think they are concerned about our pets. The world seems to be getting crazier all the time.
