All I can say is keep at it, Izzy. It took me a long time to see the judge here in VA. The good news is that once I saw him, I was approved instantly, and received my first benefits within a month.

Have you looked into SSI? If your financial needs are dire, sometimes they will step in and pay you immediate benefits. But then they may deduct what they give you from your SSDI if or when it gets approved. At least that's how it was explained to me here.
