I don't find the shots bad at all. At the beginning it was 20 minutes of bee sting burning, and lumps forming after the shots.

The burning eventually begins to calm down after several months into the injections (I am finding them easier and easier with each shot). To avoid as much 'lump' as possible, I press on the injection spot (don't rub) immediately after the injection.

Skin breakage? Well, you're injecting, so you're going to be 'breaking' skin to inject, but it's such a small needle, that often I forget where I injected afterwards. You can barely see the injection point.

Never ruptures for me!
