Lightbulb That product

has alot of expensive ingredients. That is why the price is high, relatively.

Taurine + magnesium is available as magnesium taurate.

this one is relatively expensive for what you get.
You can take them separately for much less.

The Tourette's community uses this formula based on BonnieG's research. She found references like these:

and:

Taurine supposedly helps reduce inflammatory cytokines which may cause Tourette's and also migraine.

I do notice in your signature that you take an SSRI antidepressant. This family of drugs causes muscle spasms, and anxiety in some people who use them long term.
So if you have continuing muscle problems you should discuss this with your doctor who is monitoring your SSRI.

I don't see Seroquel in you signature anymore. Did you stop it?
Long term use of Seroquel can cause diabetes. (so the magnesium and taurine are a good choice for you since diabetics respond to them favorably).
Have you had that checked? The blood sugar?
Long term use of drugs like Seroquel can also cause tics and unwanted movements. These are called Tardive Dyskinesia.
They may be permanent or not depending on dose and time used, and the person.

I don't think taurine helps with "absorption" of magnesium, but it works with magnesium in certain
tissues of the body.

Also long term use of Inderal can cause depression. I forgot why you are using this drug?
