Raw Cranberry Sauce

2 cups fresh cranberries
1 orange
1 apple
1 cup dates
drizzle of pure maple syrup (optional)

Process all ingredients to desired consistency (for smoother processing, thaw any frozen cranberries and cut dates into quarters).
