Billie, I hope you get good news today on your recovery. I know you have been overdoing it with your move and all. How is Bear adjusting to the new place?

Well I started my morning with a bowl of cheerios with skim milk. I hate breakfast and it is very hard for me to eat in the morning although I know I should. I am going to try to take one of the dogs for a walk today, my daughter has been walking them and she said the younger one does good on the leash. I have also been exercising in the jacuzzi. It is so nice in the warm water. I can't do alot but I can do crunches, and push ups on the side of the bench. Plus I kick my feet out in front of me. I bet you all thought I was sitting in there with a glass of wine huh??? Well I do that too sometimes...Sue
