I have IV treatments of Lidocaine 800mg every 2 to 3 weeks and this does help return the circulation and warmth back to my rsd foot. For me the results are immediate but it wears off within 2 weeks kinda like a battery running low. When that happens I use a cozy faux fur coverd hot water bottle and or my hot wax machine. I also have compound cream with 5 different medecines but I don't remember all the names. I do know it has ketamine and buvuvicaine in it also something to help with swealing ans sensitivity.
