Default Rhodiola for fatigue?

While I was sitting in the doctor's surgery today waiting, and waiting, and waiting... , I found an article in a magazine which was written by a woman with MS. She discussed several of her symptoms and what she did about them, but the one that interested me the most was what she used to control her fatigue.

She uses a herbal product called Rhodiola, with great success!

I looked it up in Wikipedia, and this is what it says:

Rhodiola rosea may be effective for improving mood and alleviating depression. Pilot studies on human subjects showed that it improves physical and mental performance, reduces fatigue, and minimizes high-altitude sickness..........

Anything natural that doesn't involve drugs is always something worth investigating! Obviously it wouldn't be for everyone, but it's certainly got me interested. I might just check this one out.
