Look within. As hard as that sounds, you need to be able to trust and depend on yourself to get through it. Others may fail - they may never truly get it. I hope you are getting medical help for the depression.

be as strong as you can. personally 2008 has been a disaster for me. I hear you and am learning that i simply have to get through it somehow not depending completely on anyone else. some of the most dependable ones that do sustain me during my sinemet psychosis and depression/anxiety periods are right here on this forum.
